The Property Collective unites a community of property practitioners and like-minded businesses striving to help clients through their property journeys. It is a collaboration of best in game property professionals focusing on property management, build to rent, projects, established sales and ancillary services.

At The Property Collective, property management is fundamental to the success of the team and due to business growth, we are looking for a Property Management Associate to join our team. We’ll need you to have a current driver’s licence and reliable car, laptop and mobile phone.

On day one you’ll be hands on in providing support to the property management team. This may involve tasks including leasing, routine inspections, vacate inspections, administration, key collections, liaising with trades and clients. Saturday work will be required for open homes.
