Job Description

About Drake REG

Drake Real Estate Group, Inc., is a privately held commercial real estate firm based in Los Angeles. Specializing in the asset management of multifamily and commercial properties, we take a hands-on, proactive approach to maximizing each asset’s potential value. Helmed by a husband-and-wife team with a combined 25 years of experience, we are OWNER-MINDED and RESULTS-DRIVEN. Our approach to asset management centers on two core competencies that are underutilized in our industry: CREATIVITY and HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE. While our passive competitors are busy collecting rents, marking services or inventing fees, we act as strategic partners in our client’s investment goals. Reducing inefficiencies, monitoring potential issues and recommending additional revenue opportunities are just a few of the ways we demonstrate our vertical management approach. We have a real-world grasp of both client and market needs and are developing innovative products to solve problems in a more efficient, and more transparent, way.
