An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Bordertown, on a full time basis, has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, will be a significant advantage, however we will consider those who will guarantee to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe, and who excel in providing exceptional experience to all of our key stakeholders.

SAL is building a team based, dynamic approach to meeting the needs of our customers and clients. This includes significant interaction with our Residential, Lifestyle and Rural sales team.
About the opportunity:
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:
Property inspections
Tenant enquiries
Processing tenancy applications
Manage rental arrears.
Property maintenance
Regular contact with landlords
Facilitating landlord statements
Processing rent receipts
About you:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Exceptional customer service
Previous exposure within real estate industry preferred.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Professional presentation and grooming
Consistent attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Must have a full Drivers’ Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
