Duties
Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
Utilize YARDI.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance needs.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of tenant information.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Use Yardi software for managing property finances, tenant accounts, and reporting.
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Foster strong relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management strategies.
Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Skills
Proficiency in Yardi software is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with tenants and address their needs effectively.
Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favorable lease agreements for the company.
Strong customer relationship management abilities to enhance tenant satisfaction.
