Purpose of the Role
As a Property Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal dual role within our Realty & Asset Management team. Your professional, proactive, and relationship-driven approach will be key to strengthening and maintaining partnerships across our managed property portfolio, including property owners, tenants, and key external stakeholders.

You will champion exceptional communication, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and support the growth and retention of properties under management. This role also involves working closely with the Property Manager and assisting with day-to-day property management duties.

This position operates Monday to Friday only, with no weekend or after-hours work required. We offer flexible working hours and the option to work from home one day per week. The role is based at Peppers Shadowplay, working alongside the Property Manager. All managed properties are apartments, with no lawns, gardens, or fencing maintenance required.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective investors
Respond to enquiries regarding property performance, rental returns, accounts, and tenancy matters
Professionally resolve escalated concerns, ensuring positive outcomes for all stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, rental processes, and Accor management options
Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance
Manage rental documentation, tenancy compliance, and accurate owner/tenant records
Support end-of-month processes, including statement reviews and income distribution accuracy
Assist with settlements, refurbishment communication, and cross-department collaboration to enhance property performance
Skills & Experience
Current Real Estate Licence, full licence is preferred
Previous experience in Property, Real Estate, Asset Management or Holiday Letting (Property Management or Business Development experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in handling challenging conversations
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions
High level of administrative accuracy and attention to detail
