Guide Property Services is a mid-size management company growing fast! We are looking to hire a Property Manager who wants to be a key member of our company to manage a portfolio of multi-family properties in north Seattle and Lynnwood area. We offer a business casual work environment with leasing bonuses, medical, dental, and 401k. Property Managers are responsible for managing daily operations and resources of the property to achieve established financial and operational goals
Responsibilities
Operate the property within financial guidelines
Perform frequent physical inspections of the property and coordinate with the maintenance team
Maintains property by advertising and filling vacancies, enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues
Manage the move-in/move-out process of tenants
Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers on property performance, including leasing and delinquency
Skills
Proven work experience in multifamily property management
Broad knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing
Experience using property management software - AppFolio is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized with excellent time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work under deadlines, multi-task, manage time efficiently and prioritize work responsibilities with minimal supervision
1 year of City of Seattle MFTE experience
2+ years property management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
