Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms that assist your customers with their long-term wealth creation strategy
Qualify your customer’s ability to invest
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Deliver in-depth and highly researched information that meet specific investment goals for your customers
Follow up prospecting customers from the company’s marketing event, networking and building relationships with key referral partners
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Other services as stipulated by the Principle
