Department You will be part of the Global Proposal team who are dedicated to handle pumps cyclones and valves proposals. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges. Your Responsibilities Read and comprehend customer enquiries. Interpret customer's RFQ and project specications. Prepare Pumps, Hydrocyclones and Valves techno-commercial proposals globally. Product Selection & Equipment Sizing based on the customer requirement. Estimation. To support the Engineering Team with the development of the cost, customers and supplier databases, pricelist, and libraries. To carry out regular proposal follow up's using/updating and maintaining the Proposal Logs and ISS tool. To clarify subsequent purchase order receipt and to prepare detailed order handover documentation in a timely manner for contract engineering to execute the contract. Work closely with vendors/supplier to provide an optimum solution. Technical Guidance, Team Motivation & support team on their day-to-day activities. Review and evaluation of vendor offers. What You Bring Proposal management support within sales as back-office function Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes. Supports with administration of deliveries. Coordinates review and edit proposal input. May have engineering expertise. May deliver cost estimates of products. May estimate current material costs. Education Qualification Bachelors in engineering from Mechanical, Chemical from a reputed University. Experience 2-5 Years experience in Proposal Engineering, preferably from Heavy engineering Industry.
