An excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Delhi. They are dealing in EPC / PMC and Cryo / ASU Technology.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Proposal and Project procurement.
Brief Description
Proposal Procurement Manager determine and develop the most suitable, economically and working on technically complex within proposals, vendor development, negotiations and projects execution.
The major responsibilities are:
• Comply with Global Category Strategy, Blue Book/Golden Rules, and Group’s Corporate Policies
Work with management team as directed to develop and execute project procurement plan.
• Recommend non-lead suppliers for disqualification Identify and analyze non-lead supplier performance and monitor relevant data collection through applicable procedures
• Send RFQ’s, evaluate bid tabs, issue purchase orders for non lead equipment.
• Work with category manager to ensure non-lead project equipment is purchased in accordance to Project Procurement Plan.
• Deploy, implement and ensure compliance to procurement manual, associated instructions &
procedures as well as procurement code of conduct Margin Contribution/ Contribution to E&C
Competitiveness.
• Implement sourcing strategy leading to qualification of new suppliers while ensuring proper involvement of other E&C functions.
• Implement E&C spend target in low cost countries in assigned category and negotiate global MOU or contracts
• Identify, develop and qualify new suppliers in the zone with a view to improve competitiveness as wellas raise the benchmark of services
• Consultation with Project, Proposal and Engineering team will identify the equipment scope split within the Package for cost optimization.
