Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Our Proposals Development team supports PwC’s consulting teams in marketing and sales proposals. You’ll support the writing and editing process for proposals, thought leadership initiatives, sector specific leadership agendas and other marketing initiatives.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Lead the vision of the Sales Acceleration Network, which is part of the Sales Enablement Center of Excellence. This team is focused on providing solutions through streamlined processes, use of innovative technology, and efficient use of firmwide resources to accelerate, multiply the impact, productivity, and quality of the services and data needed to grow its revenue and distinguish itself in the marketplace. Responsible for all applicable functions related to managing a team, including performance management, human capital management, direction setting, project management, delivering services and products to senior leadership and participating in the applicable aspects of product and service expansion.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some knowledge and/or record of success in roles contributing to the development of business proposals or other business documents, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following areas:
• Understanding English grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules as well as editorial quality standards, editorial processes, and copyright policies;
• Understanding and applying a company's brand and style guidelines into marketing and sales documents;
• Understanding a company’s brand standards as well as a company’s risk and quality review processes;
• Applying in-depth writing and editing skills in the company’s brand style to assist with the creation of proposal content and business materials;
• Possessing grammar, punctuation, publishing and editing skills;
• Proofreading and reviewing documents with a sharp focus on detail, consistency, and quality;
• Editing large amounts of content to improve its flow, readability, and messaging;
• Evaluating and applying a company’s policy related to publishing risk mitigation, copyright law, and intellectual property licensing;
• Multitasking, flexibility, and responsiveness to quickly changing demands and aggressive timelines;
• Navigating a complex matrixed organization while working across departments to collaborate on proposal development; and,
• Utilizing technical tools actively and effectively such as MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Google suite including Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
