$36,000 CAD annually
About the Role:
We are hiring a fresher to join our proposal writing team. You will assist in writing, editing, and formatting proposals to support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and gather information to build proposal content
Format documents according to client and company standards
Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions
Maintain a library of reusable proposal materials
Participate in internal meetings and reviews
Required Skills:
Strong written communication skills
Good grammar and attention to detail
Ability to organize information clearly and logically
Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Time management and ability to work under deadlines
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree completed (English, Communications, Business, or similar preferred)
0-1 year of experience (internships or academic writing projects are a plus)
Must be available to work onsite in Winnipeg
