Job Profile: Marathi-Speaking Representative for Prosthetic Outreach

Role Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate, Marathi-speaking individual to work from home, connecting with disabled individuals across Maharashtra. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their specific disabilities, explain our free prosthetic services, and invite them to our center in Mumbai for measurement and fitting of customized prosthetics. Post-fitment, you will follow up with individuals after they start walking, listening to how their lives have transformed. Your role will directly contribute to improving lives by offering mobility, dignity, and hope through personalized prosthetics at no cost.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct phone calls to disabled individuals, understanding their needs and explaining our prosthetic services.

- Schedule appointments for them to visit our Mumbai centre for free measurement and fitting of customized prosthetics.

- Follow up with individuals after prosthetic fitting to hear how they have regained mobility and how their lives have changed.

- Build positive relationships with the patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

Skills Needed:

- Fluency in Marathi with good conversational skills in English.

- Empathy, patience, and the ability to listen actively to those in need.

- Confident communication skills to explain the process in a reassuring and clear manner.

- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and follow up on patient outcomes.
