Job Description: Activity Teachers - Art & Craft

The MRG School Delhi invites smart, energetic and creative educators to be a part of the family. • Academic: Curriculum Planning: design/implement curriculum, create lesson plans, meet needs of all students.

• Evaluating performance: assess students' progress, identify areas of improvement.

• Communicating with parents: keep parents updated on children's progress.

• Implementing activities: foster social and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities.

• Ensuring safety: ensure children's well-being.

• Collaboration: work with other teachers and school professionals.

Administrative duties: maintain personal rapport with students, ensure cleanliness of activity area, proper training, lead class children to activity rooms.

Attendance: accurately enter data, check for late or absent children.

Key Skills: good classroom management, patience, communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving and organizing skills.
