Job Title: PRT (Mathematics)Reports to: HOD & Academic CoordinatorJob Profile: A committed teacher, adaptive to learning environment and supportive to responsibilities in a day-cum residential school.Brief of Duties and responsibilities :
1.Plan lessons in effectively and present them to students using creative teaching techniques in engaging ways daily.
2.Assess the weaknesses, strengths and abilities of every student each week and address them appropriately.
3.Maintain obvious rules for a disciplined classroom that still allows students to feel comfortable asking questions and brainstorming.
4.Adapt lesson plans when class sizes change or students are struggling with a particularly difficult concept.
5.Preparing Montessori classroom environment to meet the students' need and interest.
6.Preparing student progress and assessment reports as required by administration.
7.Attend parent-teacher conferences each semester and have detailed evaluations ready to share for all students.
8.Have a firm commitment to upholding the school's mission.Required Qualifications Educational:
- Post Graduation in Mathematics.
- Bachelors in Education.
- Graduation in Mathematics from regular collegeWork Experience: Min 3 years as PRT in a reputed school.Personal Traits Required:
-Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
-A patient and resilient personality.
-Fluency in English.
