Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for respective primary classes.Be proactively involved in teaching students.Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to her.Responsible for mentoring students and effective management of the classroom environment.Responsible for effective instructions, innovative approaches, and instructional strategies, including the effective use of technologies, to increase student learning and confidence to learn.Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students on timely basics.Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.Supervising students throughout the day, both in the classroom and outside during breaks.Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.Organizing, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school concerts, camps and sporting events.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in education with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CBSE Schools. CTET cleared candidates will be preferred.Strong knowledge of respective subjects and ability to handle learners/slow learners from respective classes.Candidates with School teaching experience along with experience in teaching primary classes will be preferred.Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
