DealShare has a vision of enabling ecommerce for the next 500 million users in India in non-metro and rural markets. DealShare has raised series D funding of USD 100 million with key investors like Alteria Capital,Tiger Global Management,InnoVen Capital,Westbridge Capital Falcon Edge Capital, Matrix Partners India,and has a total funding of USD 144.7 million
Dealshare has 2 million customers across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi NCR with monthly transactions of 1.2 million and annual GMV of $100 million. Our aim is to expand operations to 100 cities across India and reach annual GMV of USD 1 Billion by end of 2021.
Dealshare started in Sept 2018 and had 5000 active customers in the first three months. Today we have 25K transactions per day, 1 Lakh DAU and 10 Lakh MAU with a monthly GMV of INR 100 Crores and 50% growth MoM. We aim to hit 2 Lakh transactions per day.
You will
• Front all the technical issues reported in the system and do classification of component/area
• Do first level debugging and fix simple/medium complexity issues by making required code changes, route to dev team for more complex issues
• Create tooling for improving efficiency of the engineering and business team Maintain runbooks for issues
• Maintain runbooks for issues that occurred in the past with steps for resolutions.
• Do deployment, load testing, maintain stage and test environments
• Participate in improving processes (issue reporting and resolution, deployment, etc)
• Collaborate with internal users of the products and clarify how product behaves, etc
Required
• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a software developer, 1+ year in client facing support role.
• 1+ year hands on experience with Mysql
• Experience with Linux operating system and shell scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year hands on experience with Java or PHP.
