Job Description
• BASE: Up to $400K+ negotiable based on training and experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top!
• Relocation - $30,000
• Sign on bonus - 15% of base salary – NEGOTIABLE
• Potential for annual base increase based on performance
• Length of service: 2 years with option to renew with retention bonus
• NO non-compete clause
• Student Loan Repayment: PSLF eligible employer
• PTO: Accrued bi-weekly, ability to bank hours
• CME: 40 hours + Stipend

RESPONSIBILITIES Psychiatry (PSY)
• Consultation - Liaison service in hospital
• No inpatient mental health unit
• Work with interdisciplinary team including support staff
• 24/7 Emergency Department coverage by master’s level Crisis Clinicians
• See all ages including children and adolescents
• 7 days on and 7 days off; Psychiatrist hours: 7am - 7pm
• Average consults per day 5-7 with 1-2 new consults per day.
• Shared call coverage, only when on rotation – Rarely go in, physician phoned by ER for consult.
• The hospital has specialty services in surgery (including trauma and burn), orthopedics, intensive care, mother-baby (OB), pediatrics.
