About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and motivated professionals to join our Forensic Disability Clinical Services as Psycho-Educational Trainers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining experience working with individuals with intellectual disability and those in a forensic disability residential setting.

You will provide intensive treatment to support positive behaviour change and work alongside a highly supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-facilitate group treatment and skills-based programs for ID offenders
Liaise with other staff and external service providers regarding client needs
Prepare and conduct individual psycho-educational training sessions
Requirements:

Interest in working with forensic clients and those with intellectual disability
Ability to develop expertise in forensic and multidisciplinary service environments
Collaborative and adaptive mindset
Capability of navigating complex service environments with professionalism and empathy
