Good communication skills with good command over written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi
- Should have the ability to navigate search engines on the Internet.
- Should have functional knowledge of relevant theoretical principles and concepts in psychology
- Should have an understanding of academic papers and journal articles.
- Should be creative.
- Should be updated with current research.
- Should have strong analytic skills, academic writing skills and a solid understanding of the entire research development cycle.
- Creating original content (puzzles and games) in English, Hindi and Marathi: These must be based on research. 10 activities to be created every week.
- Researching different topics in Geriatric care, identify customers’ need
- Coordinating with other Psychologists for updates and feedback in relevance to cognitive health of elderly
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams
- Proof-reading the content
- Preparing Literature Reviews and collecting research data.
- Deployment and monitoring projects at various stages.
- Translate research findings into evidence-based practices

Part-time hours: 30-48 per week
• Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
