Job Description
· The psychologist’s responsibilities include administering psychological evaluations, providing counselling, making diagnoses, and contributing to the development of the learning program.
· Administering and evaluating psychological tests and preparing reports.
· Providing individual and group counselling as appropriate.
· Engaging and counselling teachers and parents about their private/household issues.
· Implementing intervention program as and when required.
· Developing programs to address behavioural issues and learning difficulties.
· Collaborate with educational staff to create coordinated plans.
· Guide parents in facilitating children’s progress.
Requirement:
· Specialist or Master’s degree in psychology or similar educational field.
· 0-5 years of experience in providing psychological assessment and counselling.
· Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioural disorders.
