Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Psychology & Counselling Support Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s in Psychology and are passionate about counselling support, wellbeing initiatives, research, and content creation. The role involves a blend of client interaction, administrative responsibilities, and creative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the counselling process — scheduling sessions, documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining confidentiality.
Act as the first point of contact — handle initial conversations, conduct basic intake, offer emotional reassurance, and provide non-clinical support.
Create and assist in content creation — LinkedIn posts, infographics, awareness messages, wellbeing tips, and other counselling promotional materials.
Support wellbeing initiatives — assist in campaigns, workshops, and internal communication.
Conduct research — literature reviews, survey support, basic data analysis, and provide insights for mental-health programs.
Provide administrative support — record keeping, coordination, and ensuring the smooth workflow of counselling services.
