I’m looking for a skilled and experienced writer (with a foundation in psychology) to create a Coping Skills for Teens Workbook that will cover 67 activities/exercises and short transition writing sub sections
Activities and exercises tailored to modern teens (gen Z) to teach coping skills
Research-based techniques and practical advice in a relatable and age-appropriate tone and common slang/phrases etc
Strong writing skills with experience in self-help, educational, or workbook-style writing
Ability to write in a relatable and engaging tone for the modern teen audience (ages 12–18)
Research skills to support the creation of evidence-based content
Creativity to design unique and impactful activities
Ability to follow the provided outline while adding value with original ideas
Foundations in psychology and being a parent to a current teen would be ideal
Experience writing for teens or young adults
Familiarity with mental health topics, such as stress management, emotional regulation, and coping strategies
A brief overview of your writing experience, particularly in workbook or educational material
