Your Role
The person will be a part of Cloud Strategic Accounts working for a Retail client. The day to day job will be to solve issues faced by Customer on the FlexPLM application and also work with different stakeholders and internal teams in achieving the resolution and catering to new requests or enhancements.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for Cloud Service PLM Customer Success Initiative (PTC 2021 Vision) where the goal is to provide highest level of customer satisfaction with "Customer first" attitude.
Your Team
You will be a part of a diverse PTC Cloud Strategic Accounts Incident Team which works in a 24x7 environment for users across the Globe and focusses on excellence in their service.
Your Day-to-Day
• Cloud services support - continuous improvement services such as application issue or Integration fixes
• Custom code analysis
• Data requirement changes/issues
• Application configuration changes
• Automation requests
• Database or Query Builder Reports
Must-Have Skills
• FlexPLM expertise
• Knowledge of Java, Linux and SQL.
• Good troubleshooting /Debugging skills.
• Good Communication and verbal skills
