About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue while on shift, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service standards, coordinating functions and events, and leading the team with confidence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee venue operations during shifts, acting as the manager on duty
Support and guide staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Coordinate functions and events to ensure smooth and successful delivery
Maintain high standards across food, beverage, cleanliness, and presentation
Manage stock, compliance, and operational procedures
Assist with team leadership, mentoring, and shift management
About You:
Previous experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role within hospitality
Confident leading a team in a busy, high-volume environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Professional, hands-on leadership style
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
