Ensuring delivery of quality service to clients Ensuring all customer queries are attended to and resolved within the prescribed TAT Ensuring strict adherence to process, audit and regulatory requirements.
Active interaction/liasioning with other support teams like Branches RPC Product, Ops LCC IT etc.

Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience Knowledge of Banking operations Should be familiar with Finacle, Dot Net and SIEBEL Advance knowledge of Excel, Word & PPT Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment Good communication abilities Customer service oriented
