We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Public Area Cleaner at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the public areas of our hotel, ensuring that they are clean, tidy, and visually appealing. This includes polishing floors, dusting surfaces, and restocking amenities. Your attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional service will help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including reception, lobby, corridors, and guest lounges
Polish and maintain floors, walls, and surfaces to a high standard
Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Restock amenities and supplies as needed
Assist with special events and functions as required
Requirements
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including afternoons and evenings
