Job Description
Room Attendant Responsibilities:
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Clean and sanitize all assigned public areas including restrooms, lobby, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
Dust, mop, vacuum, polish, and perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or required.
Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels in public restrooms.
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste according to hotel policies.
Monitor cleanliness of public spaces throughout the day and respond to housekeeping requests promptly.
Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies.
Assist with setting up or cleaning during hotel events or functions when needed.
Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and respond to their questions or requests.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
Maintain Public area as per FOP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
