Job Details
The firm is seeking an experienced associate to join its 22 attorneys on the public finance team to work in any of the firm’s offices in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Tallahassee and Jacksonville offices.
Job Qualifications
• Experience in Public Finance (Bond or Note Counsel, Borrower’s Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Issuer’s Counsel, Lender Bank’s Counsel
Letter of Credit Bank’s Counsel, Special Counsel to Local Government, Special Tax Counsel, Swap Counsel, Trustee’s Counsel, Underwriter’s Counsel)
• JD from an accredited school
• Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing
• Experience with the laws governing municipal finance and the federal tax aspects of municipal bond law
• An undergraduate background in finance or accounting, or other relevant finance-related work experience is a plus.
