Job Description:
Join a high-performing team managing a national portfolio of Property, Liability, and ISR claims. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and brokers, driving strong commercial outcomes through expert claims management, negotiation, and advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Property & Liability claims
Provide advice on policy coverage and claim strategy
Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, and third parties
Lead negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes
Analyse claims data and deliver insights/reporting
Support client meetings, reviews, and training
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in Liability & ISR claims
Strong commercial, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Experience with large/brokered clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Relevant qualification (Insurance, Financial Services, or Law preferred)
