Job Description:-
The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The job will involve conducting client appointments and meeting clients personally to foster positive relationships and better understand their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client appointments and meet clients personally to better understand their needs
Conduct ongoing research of the client's industry and keep up-to-date with trends, news, and influential people to better serve the client's needs
Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions
Collaborate with other teams in the company to ensure all client requests are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
Develop and maintain a strong media network, build relationships with relevant media, including journalists and media outlets that are likely to feature the client
Coordinate and facilitate events and other activities that benefit the client's public image
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the PR campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and deliver quality results on time
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
