Responsibilities
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Identify and build relationships with influencers
• Establish and maintain relationships with bloggers, social media influencers, and customers
• Collaborate with Stylists and their teams for celebrity sourcing.
• Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
• Negotiate with both influencers/networks/MCN’s and work with internal and external legal teams to execute influencer contracts.
• Identify influencer/ambassador opportunities across markets.
Preferred Education and Qualifications
• Young Enthusiastic and Social media savvy
• Up to date with Instagram trending stuff.
• Ability to approach each influencer campaign with a positive outlook and strive for continuous improvement and optimisation
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Acute understanding of and passion for influencer marketing, blogs and digital media with established influencer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building skills and Networking aptitude
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies ( Preferable )
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
