Job Description
Roar Picture Company is growing and we’re currently looking to hire a PR specialist.
You will be responsible for managing the PR for our ongoing and future projects.
The profile includes celebrity management and networking. The role also involves reacting to media requests and coordinating bursts of publicity around Roar Picture Company projects, usually in partnership with other stakeholders – production company, film studio, record label – and often another agency who looks after the project. This is the most likely entry-level celebrity PR job and will involve monitoring coverage, analyzing it for sentiment, and sending any corrections or clarifications required, as well as fielding media requests, liaising with partner companies, managing interviews, ghosting public statements and, perks like the early sight of a film or television show, accompanying them to media appearances, screenings, premieres or album launch parties.
Experience
Any candidate with 1-2 years of experience in PR can apply.
