Whizz HR is on a look out for PR executive to work with a leading company in Mumbai
Responsibilities
• Client servicing involves handling clients' accounts for all PR services. This involves devising PR strategy based on the complete understanding of the clients' operations and goals, managing interactions with the media, issuing press briefs, making media presentations and coordinating with all forms of media. Responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.
• Writing and producing presentations and press releases
• Dealing with enquiries from the press and related organisations
• Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information
• Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and building public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services
• Researching and submitting entries for relevant and key awards for events/content/campaigns executed by the company
• Managing and growing the database at key properties and to make sure the right people experience some of our best work
Being the first point of contact for guestlisting related output required on key Live projects Social Media.
Responsible for coordinating the communications output within the company.
Creating and delivering a monthly newsletter to be distributed to key clients. This will be done by working with teams across the company
Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications
Recommending, implementing and maintaining website content and operations
Creating and delivering press releases, media relations content, case studies, corporate newsletter content, social media content
Research media coverage and industry trends
Conduct extensive media outreach
