Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Recruiting, training, and motivating sales staff.
Setting sales targets and quotas, and monitoring performance.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up with potential clients.
Marketing Management:
Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote the production house's services.
Researching market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Analyzing marketing data and adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective marketing activities.
Client Relations:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Understanding client needs and tailoring sales and marketing efforts to meet those needs.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborating with other departments to develop and execute overall business strategies.
Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensuring the production house's brand is consistent and effectively communicated to the target audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication
Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the production industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
