Job Description
We are looking for a candidate for managing macro-influencers. You will be responsible for nurturing these influential relationships and building lasting and meaningful connections. This requires you to be a confident communicator, adept at networking and passionate. You will be responsible for engaging with bloggers/ influencers in all parts of work, from campaigning to fundraising appeals. You will be responsible for the line management, conducting regular supervision,
guided conversations and overseeing their professional development.
Key responsibilities
1. To develop, manage and oversee strategic influencer and ambassador work designed to drive awareness and visibility amongst our target audiences.
2. To work closely with the PR team in developing and delivering an effective framework and broader organisational strategy.
3. To pitch relevant projects or campaigns to bloggers and brands, to secure their support and, in so doing, help promote Freeskout’s work through their association.
6. To be responsible for nurturing relationships,
managing ongoing communications so that they are well informed, engaged and passionate about work.
7. To develop connections with bloggers and influencers specializing in the industry.
8. To be proactive in monitoring current events and trends involving influencers, particularly tracking influencers and establishing contact when appropriate.
+. To undertake other duties that may from time to time be necessary, that are compatible with the nature and grade of this post.
Requirements:
1 . Significant experience in working directly with big influencers/micro-influencers including a successful track record of pitching project ideas to them.
2. Demonstrable experience in working strategically, and identifying opportunities
for influencers to support organisation-wide marketing strategies.
3. Significant experience in planning and managing events such as photocalls and other filming opportunities.
4. Knowledge and experience of using social media channels as part of influencer engagement and PR campaigns.
5. Experience in managing budgets including forecasting, setting, monitoring and reporting.
