Job Description
PRO Events : There are 2 Shifts for PRO Field: Morning 7 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to + pm. These are field timings. Salary for the Morning Shift is 20000/- and for the evening shift Rs.5000/- is hardship allowance (for female PROs only). First 30 days working is mandatory for PRO to be eligible for 1st Salary. PROs visit the field and do cold connect with prospective parents and collect the leads. 25 fresh leads are mandatory daily.
