We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for responding to emergency telephone lines, obtaining information from callers, prioritizing calls, and providing pre-arrival instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency telephone lines and obtain information from callers
Prioritize calls and provide pre-arrival instructions to callers
Document calls by inputting necessary information into the Computer-Aided Dispatch system
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent multi-tasking skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and strong communication skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
