Job Description
As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing a vibrant and impactful internal communications strategy. Your work will inform, inspire, and engage our public sector community, driving alignment and fostering cohesion.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Communication Design: Develop and implement strategic internal communication campaigns that resonate with our public sector team and align with our organizational goals.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Marketing Director, practice leadership, and the broader management and operations team to ensure our communications are cohesive and impactful.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events and activations around key moments like Earth Day and New Year, creating memorable and engaging experiences for our team.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling announcements, updates, and invitations. Utilize a variety of formats such as newsletters, videos, podcasts, and infographics to keep our communications fresh and engaging.
• Metrics and Evaluation: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our communications, using data-driven insights to continuously improve our strategies.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Communication Excellence: Developing and delivering high-quality communication materials that captivate and inform internal audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Leveraging tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Photoshop, and Figma to enhance our communication efforts.
• Creative Innovation: Bringing fresh, creative ideas to our communications, particularly in graphics and style.
• Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and proactive stakeholder management.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on email marketing and graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Marketing, or Communications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred, along with experience in global team environments.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle defined work areas or smaller projects with minimal guidance.
• Ability to perform under pressure, demonstrating maturity and professionalism even in stressful situations.
