Jacaranda seeks an innovative educational publishing professional, looking to create cutting-edge print and online content for Australian students and teachers. Reporting into our Publishing Lead Manager, this person will be from a science teaching or publishing background and thrive in a fast-paced and progressive team environment at the forefront of educational publishing.
We are seeking individuals who get excited about learning. A person who wants to inspire and improve learning outcomes for science students by creating innovative online educational solutions.

How you will make an impact:
Connect and build trusted relationships with teachers and educational leaders, to gain insights and knowledge around the needs and wants of the constantly evolving classroom.
Combine your knowledge, experience, innovation and flair with our best-practice publishing standards and production processes to deliver leading resources, on-time and on-budget.
Plan, design, develop and create engaging digital teaching and learning resources that improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with teams of passionate teachers, authors, editors, designers, developers and production staff to bring to life exceptional online educational resources
Partner with the Jacaranda Education Consultations and Marketing teams to drive the strategic direction of resources to drive adoptions and usage of the resources
We are looking for people who:
Live and breathe print and digital educational resources
Preferably have a science background
Have a passion for learning and innovation, with an aptitude for working with new technology and systems
Has the ability to use initiative to problem solve and collaborate effectively with in-house colleagues and external suppliers
Is enthusiastic and motivated, and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as a positive and flexible attitude
Are natural communicators with exceptional time management skills
