Your Mission
As an Assistant Store Manager, your role goes beyond operations—you are a leader, mentor, and strategist who helps drive success on the sales floor. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure every aspect of the store runs smoothly, from hitting sales targets to developing a strong and motivated team.

YOUR TALENT:
What You Bring To The Game
Success in this role requires passion, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, make strategic decisions, and create an environment where both the team and customers thrive.
Experience & Leadership: Two to four years of management experience in a high-energy retail setting (apparel/footwear preferred).
Sales & Performance: A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think quickly, solve challenges, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.
Flexibility & Drive: The ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to support peak business needs.
