Your role
Facilitate trade matching and clearing with the OCC for listed option securities: basic knowledge of Listed Options – Call; Put; Exercise; Assignment etc required
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade suspense and money discrepancies, ensuring timely trade matching and settlement
Process daily control reports and reconciliations
Familiarize and deepen knowledge of platforms used
Promptly handle inquiries from branch personnel (research, action, and reply)
Process trade correction requests
Escalate issues to local team management
Participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends

P&S services the Global Wealth Management business in the United States, which includes Financial Advisors, Client Service Representatives, and our Global Markets Trading business
Your expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 0-4 Years Of Work Experience In Similar Role.
Able to multi-task and interact with multiple business partners simultaneously
Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment
Work in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
