Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant who is responsible for Supporting Procurement Operations, Vendor Coordination, Material Follow-up, and Maintaining Purchase Records, with at least 1-2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Maintain records of purchases, quotations, invoices, and vendor details.
Compare rates and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing.
Coordinate with store, accounts, and site teams for material requirements.
Track pending orders and update delivery status reports.
Verify received materials with PO, challan, and invoice details.
Handle vendor communication regarding payments and dispatch schedules.
Prepare MIS reports related to purchases and supplier performance.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Field, Commerce or related field.
1-2 years of experience in purchase or procurement activities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Documentation Work.
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
