Description
Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan
Company: Hitachi Astemo Rajasthan Brake Systems
Company Overview: Hitachi Astemo Brake Systems is involved in development, manufacture, sales and services of automotive components, transportation related components, industrial machines and systems, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Vendor development and sourcing
• New Parts Development and ECN implementation, part development from drawing finalization stage to pilot lot approval and dispatch of pilot lot supplies.
• Feasibility Study of Drawings, Specification review with Supplier & APQP for Component Development.
• New Source identification & Selection, vendor Audit & Process Audit for Value Engineering.
• Quotations Calling, Quote Analysis & Cost Negotiation, term and conditions Finalization
• RM and Process Price Settlement of Different Sources of Components,
• Alternate Source & Manufacturing Process Development for Cost Reduction & Quality Improvement.
• Conduct GPA & NDA with suppliers for respective commodity
• Packing improvement /implementation of environment norms.
• To make cost standard & should be cost for respective commodity.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
• 4 - 7 Years of work experience
• Preferred Automotive Industrial Experience
Professional Skills:
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP MM Module)
• Knowledge of different manufacturing process i.e., Casting, Sheet Metal, Rubber & Plastic etc
Personal Skills:
• Good Analytical skills.
• Good Knowledge of Costing.
• Result Orientation
• Collaboration & Teamwork
• Communication & Presentation skills
