Job Overview
Trident Dispatch is seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services, and maintaining relationships with vendors. This is a full-time role based in Satara, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement.
Qualifications And Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in purchase or procurement roles
• Strong knowledge of purchase order systems and processes
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of market trends and pricing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and database management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Roles And Responsibilities
• Coordinate and execute the company's purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
• Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
