Job Description
RGP Enterprises is a MRO Supply Specialist and EPC Company. Our clientele based in African & Gulf countries, We excel in assisting our clients with plant maintenance equipment, capital equipment and in project material requirements.
We are looking for a candidate with purchase experience for the above industry in the filed of automation, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical and capital equipments.
Procurement of complete material for company including Project Material and Capital Equipment for above mentioned industries.
Supervising Procurement Activities
Preparing Procurement strategies and improving purchase process for cost effectiveness.
Releasing the PO to vendors after negotiation as per company Policy
Submitting weekly reports to MD with update on pending RFQ, PO, Delivery status and payment
Vendor development and management for cost saving mechanism
Coordinating with internal Logistic team for preparing export document.
Monitoring export process in coordination with logistic team and ensuring all the documents are as per LC terms
Monitoring Submission of Export Documents to Bank as per LC terms
