Float RFx to Global suppliers based on the requirements
Able to identify the low-cost country from where the components are manufactured and develop the strategy for the commodity to source the parts on time .
Develops strategic supplier partnerships to help optimize cost, quality, and performance of critical components
Develop Sourcing Plan, Early Supplier Involvement, Supplier Selection, Risk Mitigation Plans and Supplier ramp Up Plans and ensure the plan is executed
Able to communicate with Global suppliers in terms of Pricing and negotiating
Assists in developing sourcing plans of Active /Passive components and Electrical commodity
Well versed in terms of Global Sourcing of components from USA, Europe , UK and SEA
Develop and manage the suppliers to drive to the next level of performance
Able to drive Continuous Cost Reduction and Competitiveness towards the goals from Customers and Management.
Educational Qualifications - Diploma in Electronics
Experience - 1-4 years
