You will come into a newly created role overseeing the purchase ledger and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
When you have found your feet you will take control of the function, developing it to become as efficient as possible.

Salary will be up to £35,000 per annum DOE. Based in our Wellingborough head office you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
• Overseeing the purchase ledger, ensuring processes are being followed and running smoothly.
• Regular liaison with third party suppliers and internal stakeholders by phone and email.
• Creating new suppliers, including independent checks of bank details.
• Processing payment runs and reconciling the purchase ledger.
• Overseeing the Purchase Ledger Administrator on a day-to-day basis.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Experience in a purchase ledger function where you have either developed the function or made impactful changes / enhancements.
• Experience of managing workloads and workflows within a team.
• Good software skills including Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).
• It would be nice if you have obtained or are working towards AAT or ACCA, but this is not essential.
