Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for purchase and procurement of construction raw materials. Planning And Execution Of Activities As Per The Requirements Of Project And Instruction Of The Senior Management.
Responsible For Inventory Management Covering The Entire Range Of Allied Activities, Namely, Logistics, Stores, purchases of construction raw materials. Responsible For Physical Checking Of The Materials.
Accountable For Regular And Timely Flow Of Material On Construction Sites.
Ensure The Systematic Process Of Material Movement-Issue/Receipts With Appropriate Accounting And Documentation.
EnsureApplication Of All Statutory Acts, Safety And Environmental Regulations Etc.
Providing MIS Information To The Head Office For Analysis.
Liaison With Outside Agencies And Authorities.
Material PR & service PR Raise in SAP.
Creation of work order & purchase order.
Timely rate negotiations with vendors.
New vendor development work.
SES work knowledge in Billing.
Day to day recording of store materials receipt and consumption.
Checking physical stock as SAP record and conduct store auditing.
Receiving materials making GRN in SAP and with the help of storekeepers proper stacking and recording.
Issue of materials as per Issue slip by MIS.
Follow up with material suppliers for timely supply.
Accurate record keeping of departments – vehicles, tools, machinery etc. on site.
Conduct internal and external audit.
Quality control (ISO) of all materials used in Projects.
Desired Candidate Profile:
More Than 7 Years As A Purchase Manager/Store Keeper In A Construction Company Dealing In Residential Projects
Location: Dodamarg (Accommodation will be provided at site)
Preference: Candidates from Goa with good vendor/supplier contacts preferred.
