Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of stock
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement
• Maintain stock records and ensure accurate documentation
• Conduct stock audits and ensure minimal wastage
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items as per safety standards
• Support daily store operations and team coordination
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management within the F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and practices
• Familiarity with FIFO/LIFO methods and basic stock auditing
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic Excel and inventory management software (preferred)

Pay: ₹11,532.17 - ₹18,000.00 per month
