Job Description
• Raising Purchase Orders for Raw Materials, Engineering Items and etc. with the appropriate terms and conditions.
• Working with Marg Software.
• Collecting rates for Packing Materials and Raw Materials from vendors
• Tracking all Packing and Raw Materials, Engineering Items, Lab Items, Electricals Items, Stationery, Housekeeping, and Miscellaneous items with vendors.
• Following up with vendors and carry on correspondences related to dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Checking stock level & maintain minimum stock inventory of necessary APIs for uninterrupted production.
• Analyzing the purchase requirements of the plant.
• Monitoring of slow/non-moving items & disposal of expired / unused materials.
• Cost reduction - alternate vendor development.
• Planning of purchase of required materials in production & store departments.
• Cost reduction - alternate vendor development.
• Vendors Developments.
• Vendor Qualification process.
• Preparing costs-sheets for all customers as per actual rates in the market.
• Analysis of cost reduction for all purchases.
• Coordinating with Finance for a timely payment to suppliers.
• Import/Export data analysis
